Faulty Goods

We are committed to providing the highest quality goods and services, but should you happen to receive a faulty print then you can easily return it within 14 days. Please contact our customer service team by using the ‘chat’ button or call us on 02089604567. Have your order number ready and a representative will take you through the process, which will be even simpler if you can provide a photo of the fault and a description of the issue in a chat or an email. This will help us easily identify and remedy the problem.

Faulty goods must be returned using a recorded delivery service such as Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery so that proof of delivery is provided. For small packages under 2 kilos we will happily send a return label if the delivery is within the UK.

Once your item is returned in its original state and unused, then Photo Canvas will remake the item for you or recommend a remedy. If the fault is only minor we may suggest another remedy for the item.

Please contact us prior to sending back your items, if you return an item prior to contacting us we cannot guarantee we will be able to look into the issue.
 

Non-Faulty Goods

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of non-faulty goods as the products have been personalised and made to order just for you.
