Quick and good quality wood print, but no additional edits

I gave them a png format to print on a medium size piece of block wood. It came out looking crisp and neat. Overall happy with the product. The picture I uploaded was a personal photoshop editing and I did forget a small edge from the selection I didn't want, which was printed in the end result as well.I would've appreciated if they went the extra mile and edited those bits out (that's what I used to do to my customers when I worked in a printing shop). But it's not a major turn down

Your designs are printed onto the finest birch plywood using a superior printing method for permanency. Made on-site in the UK to the highest quality, each and every one of the wood photo prints is offered with a five-year guarantee.

    Our sublimation print method gives unrivalled detail as well as great colour depth. The white areas of your photo on wood are left unprinted, to allow the natural grain to remain visible adding a homespun aesthetic to your photos. The ink is penetrated deep into the wood to give you a long-lasting print. Due to the nature of the wood, your colours will appear slightly muted, for a natural vintage appearance. All printing and finishing take place in our London factory.

      A huge range of print on wood sizes is available from a freestanding A7 photo on wood (10.5 cm x 7.4 cm) to wall-mountable 30 cm x 30 cm square wood photo prints. Each block of fine birch plywood is 24 mm thick to give an amazing 3D effect to your wood photo prints.

    • High Quality Birch

      We use birch plywood to create your print on wood which has a natural, visible grain. There is no white ink used, so areas of your photo which are white will allow the wood colour and natural grain to be displayed in all its charming glory, giving an authentic, vintage look.

    • Orientation Options

      When you print on wood, you can choose whether you want your block to be in portrait orientation, landscape or even square. We offer sizes ranging from A7 to A5 in either portrait or landscape, and two different size options for square wood photo prints.

    • Superior Printing

      Our digital printing techniques use a combination of both heat and pressure to create a bond between the inks and the fibres of the wood. This ensures a long-lasting, highly detailed print with no alterations to the texture and natural ridges of the wood.

    • Freestanding or Hanging

      The 30 cm x 30 cm square wood photo prints are supplied with a 10 mm hole drilled into the back of it. This perfectly fits the supplied screw fitting to hang on your wall. All other sizes of photos on wood are freestanding and can be used as desk adornments.

    • Natural Grain

      Your print on wood has a unique grain and ridge pattern. This means that every single photo on wood is different, even if you print the same photo multiple times. The inks are not completely opaque so this charming, natural pattern will show through.

    • Bleed Area

      In our design tool, you will see a red chequered bleed area around the edge of your wood photo prints design area. This is the bleed area which is there to allow leeway when printing. Ensure that you fill this area to avoid unprinted edges on your photo on wood, but make sure there are no important details here.

    • Text Tool

      With the handy text tool, you can add words to your photo on wood design. With a choice of font, size and colour you can create the perfect finishing touch, and place it anywhere that you like on your design. Preview to see your changes.

    • Colour Options
