Delivery Services for Canvas Prints

As you may have noticed from our product details pages we are efficient and fast with 24 hour dispatch on  most canvas prints except those that are montages or pop art prints.  We make all canvas prints here in our premises. The delivery times outlined below are purely delivery time lines and are not the production times. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as production or dispatch days.

It is worth reviewing these details as it can save you money. Often customers jump onto Guaranteed next Day delivery when our standard service at 94% likely for next day is adequate. The choice is yours. Our delivery services for canvas prints operate like this

UK

For most canvas prints orders under 2kg and not bulky we use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded. We call this our standard service. This is the default option in our shopping cart (unless your item is above 2kg or bulky). 94% of deliveries by Royal Mail are next day inc Saturdays but not Sundays. The remaining occasions could slide from 2 days to 3 weeks in very rare circumstances. If you need risk free delivery we would suggest Guaranteed delivery.

For those requiring Guaranteed Next Day - inc Saturdays (but not Sundays) We use Special Delivery by Royal Mail or City Link if pack is over 2kg or bulky. This is an option you can choose to buy during the order process.

If your pack is over 2kg or bulky or includes canvas prints over 60x40cm then the default service is City Link which delivers next Biz day (not Saturday) and is included as part of our standard service. You can also select Saturday delivery too for a little extra.

Saturday delivery can be guaranteed too by either Royal Mail Special Delivery or City Link and this can be chosen at the shopping cart too for additional delivery charge.

Royal Mail Strikes

We can still get your canvas prints to you next day (exc Sundays). We recommend you have the prints delivered to a work address with our free courier upgrade. We are upgrading these deliveries to courier next biz day. Alternatively if you can't deliver to work for +£2.99 extra you can upgrade your standard delivery to RM Special Delivery for most small packs (under 2kg) and Royal Mail, even when striking will try but not guarantee to deliver the Special Delivery's. Special Delivery's get priority treatment when the workforce gets back to work.

TIPS to beat strike: 1. Have your prints sent to a work address and get our free courier upgrade. OR 2. Pay £2.99 extra for the Special Delivery service. 3. For those in London - you can always collect.

Adverse weather conditions

Due to adverse weather conditions deliveries in some parts of the country are affected. We use both Royal Mail and City Link to deliver our parcels, when your print has been dispatched you should be informed as to which courier was used.

Christmas canvas prints orders

You can still order right up until Dec 22nd if you are in UK for pre Xmas delivery. All the photo canvas prints will still be made and sent for delivery before Christmas. Montages close on Dec 14th. Pop-art work (Banksy, Warhol, Che) close on Dec 11th and Pop-art work (Custom Portrait, Lichtenstien) close on Dec 2nd.

We make all our prints to order in our location so you know they are printed and made by us without relying on another link in the chain of a third party producer. If considering another provider please ask if they make in their location. If not it may lose you your delivery in time. We are open for collection until Christmas Eve morning: so if you would like to collect, that would buy you valuable time. If you are ordering from outside UK please add 7 days. If UK but non-mainland please add 3 days extra. Other timelines provided on our web pages are overridden by these timelines during Christmas ordering period. Normal order timelines recommence Jan 6th 2010.

International

For most canvas prints we use FeDex or TNT (2-3 days) or Royal Mail Signed For International. This can take up from 3-12 days from UK or to remote areas even longer. Due to the variation in shipping prices for different destinations it may be necessary for us to charge more for the delivery than anticipated. If this was to happen we would call and discuss the increase with you and take additional payment to progress the shipment.

Courier services with FeDex or TNT cost a bit more - but the tracking and speedy delivery is guaranteed.
